Come together to join forces and perform a parameter sweep on untargeted metabolomics datasets at the official workshop of the Metabolomics Association of North America : "Testing and validating open-access software in metabolomics". Format:  raw data from high resolution LC-MS/MS will be processed by varying parameters. Results will be compared across XCMS, MS-DIAL, MZ-MINE and (potentially) other software with respect to sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy. Max. 50 participants Cost: $50
